Let Them Eat Cake!

I am visiting my family in North Carolina early this week and made a stop at a bakery that has been here forever.  They have always been known for their great cake (and to die for icing) but they have upped it a few notches and their cakes are really lovely and out there.   I'd love to be able to make cakes like these even though I do not like baking in the least.   These are so cute and imaginative.  What do you think?
