Second Annual Trump Invitational is a Go in the Rain

The second annual Trump Invitational Grand Prix got the 2014 Winter Equestrian Festival off to a soggy start this past weekend.  36 horse/rider combinations (by invitation only) were scheduled to show off their talent but 8 decided not to go due to the rain.  New footing had been installed which enabled the event to proceed.  Mark Farrington won the event for the second year in a row but on a different horse. The field was star-studded by equestrian standards and included many Olympic veterans.  The list is below.

While they brave the rain down south, we are battling super cold temperatures here in the East.  It's safe to say that rain in Florida sounds pretty good right now.
