When Hollywood Could Ride
Back in the golden years of Hollywood, riding a horse was part of your repertoire. If you couldn't ride it sometimes meant not getting a part. So many of the stars were good equestrians, not demanding a stand in for some juicy parts.

These are neat! I knew about Olivia de Haviland/Maid Marian, but had not seen Kirk Douglas astride. And I certainly didn't know Mommy Dearest ever played polo!
